Chautauqua Summer Concert Series presents Neko Case with Calexico at 8:00pm. She defies most conventional genre labels, singer Neko Case swings somewhere between the worlds of heavy art rock and bittersweet country. Boulder Theater presents Quemando at 9:00pm. Quemando is Boulder’s premiere salsa band that performs both traditional and contemporary salsa. This 11-piece orchestra features powerful vocals from Colombian singer Kelly Rizo, and Robin Jerre from Peru, is accompanied by timabales, conga, and bongo, as well as an in-your-face four-piece horn section. Visit the Boulder Farmer’s Market today from 8am-2pm. The Road to Victory Bicycle Classic takes place at Boulder Beer Company at 6:30am. Ride with cycling legends while supporting the cause. The Road to Victory Bicycle Classic for Parkinson’s Research and Education is a Boulder, CO based premier charity event to benefit the Davis Phinney Foundation’s cause. The scenic and accessible ride offers ~40 and ~60 mile route options through rolling Boulder County roads.
